实地教育为学生提供了在组织环境中应用他们在课堂上学到的知识的机会。 

实习安排是一个结构化的自我选择过程。 学生参与计划过程，旨在帮助明确他们的目标和兴趣，并评估他们开始实习的准备情况。 学生必须参加在第一次实习开始前学期举行的强制性实习计划会议。 这些会议帮助学生选择实习地点和制定学习协议。 学生完成实习申请，并与指定的指导老师见面，以确保完成开始实习的所有学术要求。 鼓励学生参加年度实习和招聘会，以了解潜在的安置地点。
