音乐主要/次要试镜

吉他表演专业

Entering students should have covered basic positions, rest stroke with fingers, free stroke with thumb, introduction of basic barré technique, free stroke with the fingers and the playing of three to four note chords as well as the following literature and scales:

打击乐入场试听要求

  • 准备一个练习曲或独奏键盘打击，小鼓，定音鼓。

  • Being a well-rounded musician is the ultimate goal, so don’t worry if some of your selections are lower level than others. Focus on your strengths, but don’t be shy about the instruments on which you would like to improve your skills, or are a work in progress.

  1. 写作样本。 Ideally, this would be a writing assignment on an analytical (music) topic (perhaps a paper written for one of your Theory classes), but it could also be a paper written for a non-music class – whatever you feel best demonstrates your ability to present a well articulated argument.
